11-TERM BREAK!

The sweetest thing students love hearing is not in any way related to LOVE. It's "sem break na!!". Like a pinch on the waist, the thought of term break sends an electric charge to every student's brain.

We've all gone through this stage, the mix of emotions that the idea of term break causes. It means freedom from our stressful, horrible college life - professors, homework, exams, speeches, blogs, and even freedom from Jollibee.

But really, what do I do in a week of freedom from school?

Bonding with friends!
It's not everyday that students get to see their closest friends, especially those who went away to other cities for college. Most students take time to visit and catch up with other friends who went to other colleges. This is also the time to bond more with your existing friends. For instance, we planned to go ice skating for a whole day and eat in a fancy restaurant. We also planned to to take a trip to Zambales which leads me to another activity.

Opportunity to Travel!
Whether local or international, we students make use of our term break to travel, go to different places and experience different lifestyles. Me and my family also planned to go to Subic for an overnight trip to go away from our stressful lives.

Extra Curriculars!
Whether to play games all day, basketball, or anything.Term break is an opportunity for students to do their hobbies. For instance, some students go to dance studios, take martial art lessons, play basketball, go to gym, swimming or surfing lessons, or sleep all day.

Be a Couch Potato!
Like most of my term breaks go, I end up not doing any of those things and sit in our couch all day. I spent most of my term breaks, watching many anime series, play hours of games, sleep all day, ponder about life, and just be a useless piece of sh!t altogether.
