3-Rainy Days

I don't like sunny weather, actually "don't like" is an understatement, I hate sunny weather. I sweat a lot more than the average person, so I hate walking under the sun even with an umbrella because the humidity is still horrible. My eyes are bad as it is but the sun makes it worse because they're a little more sensitive so I hate too much unnecessary lighting. I would list more reasons why I hate bright sunny days but that's not the point of this blog post.

Stormy weather for me, though, is wonderful. It's just perfect. My hobbies are better done while it's raining because they're mostly done indoors like playing games, watch series, playing the piano, and listening to music.

Rainy weather is the best weather for just wrapping yourself with a blanket while watching tv and sipping hot coco from your cup and be a useless piece of sh*t all day. The rainy days just bring justice to being lazy all day because the temperature is cold and the skies are gloomy whichcalms me... a lot.

The rain also has this magic that makes playing the piano and some songs like r&bs, most of Sam Smith's, some of Taylor Swift's songs, and contemporary classics even better because of the atmosphere and the ambient sound the rain makes. They just blend so well, it's amazing. I also love walking through the streets and commuting while it's raining because of the cold breeze and fresh air which is pretty rare in an urban area like Makati.

The rain is also beneficial to man kind in general. Farmers experience losses during drought or "El NiƱo" season, so when it rains, it's like a miracle for them and, in consequence, for us consumers. Rain is also nature's way of cleaning the air. The air, especially here in Metro Manila, is polluted so we gotta thank rains for saving our lungs even by just a bit.

Well I guess that concludes this blog post. Hope you'll enjoy and appreciate the positive side rain gives and not just the negatives like flood, canceled plans, wet everything etc.
